The Independent Animator produced and directed this animated promotional film for DevEd, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing relevant education in areas of political and economic difficulty, particularly in northern Uganda. The project employed a mixed 2D-3D workflow, incorporating a CG hot-air balloon into a hand-drawn environment.
